Can I return it?

Can I order by phone or fax?
Only orders from the Internet are accepted. Please purchase from the product page.

Can I cancel after ordering?
If your order is shipped before shipment, you can cancel it. If you have already shipped the item, we will not accept it.

Can I resize after ordering?
If the item you ordered is before shipment, you can resize it. If you have already shipped the product, it will be possible to change the size normally.

Can I change the delivery date and time after ordering?
If your order is shipped before shipment, you can change the delivery date and time. If you've already shipped your item, we can't accept cancellations.

How long will it take to arrive?
If there is no delivery date specified, we plan to ship from the next day to 7 business days from the order date.

The postage of our store is as follows.
